Welcome to Canyon Lake Island Subdivision on Canyon Lake, in the Texas Hill Country. Canyon Lake Island Property Owners Association, CLIPOA, is the governing body, rather than a mandatory owners association. ​CLIPOA is a voluntary organization.

Dues are $100.00 per year for improved lots and $50 per year for unimproved lots. CLIPOA meets at Fischer Store/Community Center located near the intersection of Farm to Market (FM) 484 & FM 32 two times each year the second Sunday of March and October at 2:00 PM. The March meeting includes a Pot Luck meal. Meetings typically last about two hours.

CLIPOA is community oriented and welcomes community input. A community bulletin board is located at the entrance to Canyon Lake Island.
About Us
We enjoy a warm and friendly community! Informally meeting on the streets as we walk our dogs and ourselves. Some of us meet regularly for a monthly book club. Spontaneous potlucks at the lake shore are known to happen as well. "National Night Out " is formally observed with our subdivision neighbors at Kings Point the first Tuesday in October, and each year we enjoy a Christmas party at one of our neighbor's homes.

CLIPOA members share a great land resource and a community of residents that enjoy living here. To make our overall experience better, we continue to look for ways to serve and look out for one another while engaging in activities to advance our living experience together!
